JC Egnew, President & Contracts Administrator
J. C. Egnew, a former NASA engineer, currently serves as Chairman and President of Outdoor Venture Corporation. Mr. Egnew, co-founder of Outdoor Venture, is a former Chairman of the Industrial Fabrics Association International, a current Director of the Industrial Fabrics Foundation, a current Director of the United States Industrial Fabrics Institute, (USIFI) and current Director and Chairman of the USIFI Tent Study Committee. J.C. Egnew is responsible for the startup of 4 manufacturing facilities and the creation of more than 1,000 jobs in this area.
In addition to his 25 years of experience of supplying tents to the Department of Defense, Mr. Egnew has also successfully started and operated manufacturing businesses in the automotive supply and consumer markets and understands the importance of customer satisfaction in highly competitive markets.
He was also instrumental in bringing a public library to McCreary County, spearheading a fund raising effort to expand a local branch of Somerset Community College in Stearns, KY, served as the first McCreary County Chamber of Commerce President and donated Outdoor Venture's first building to the McCreary Heritage Foundation which was restored and is used today as a Depot for the Big South Fork Scenic Railway in Stearns, KY. JC Egnew currently serves as director or officer for several local boards in the area.

Joe Fields, Business Development Manager
Joe Fields has 26 years of experience in manufacturing businesses including military tents, industrial base and automotive air bags. Mr. Fields currently serves on the United States Industrial Fabrics Institute committee, (USIFI), reviewing military tent fabric specifications.
In 1988 - 1992, as Vice President, Joe Fields played a key role in the startup and growth of an Outdoor Venture project which resulted in an automotive air bag manufacturing business. He played a key role in successfully growing this business to a $25 million dollar business.
Outdoor Venture's air bag manufacturing business, one of the first in the United States, employed 175 persons and produced 25,000 air bags per week before Outdoor Venture's stockholders' sold the business in 1992. Joe Fields spent several years as Director of Development with the air bag manufacturing business where he had 1 patent, 3 patent applications and 5 record inventions.

Debbie Bowman, Assistant Contracts Administrator
Debbie Bowman, Assistant Contracts Administrator, has been with Outdoor Venture Corporation since 1986, serving in various roles of progressively increasing responsibilities such as contracts administration, subcontract management, purchasing, inventory management and control, work flow, operations, EDI coordinator, cost accounting and system administration.
