The fabric is cut and marked with a CNC cutting machine to control part profile and maximize material savings. Seaming is accomplished with state of the art dielectric welding machines using tooling designed and built by Outdoor Venture Corporation. Big South Fork Scenic Railroad
Outdoor Venture designed and manufactured fabric railcar covers that provide passengers with shelter from the elements during their train rides to the Blue Herron mine at the Big South Fork National Park. UNDERBRUSH® by Shelter Pro, LLC 3 Dimensional Leafy Suits and Bug Protection Suits
Outdoor Venture provided development of a complete manufacturing process to manufacture 3D hunting suits using leaf strips applied to selective areas of the suit.
The UNDERBRUSH® brand of 3-D leafy camouflage suits are specially designed to breakup the human outline in a woody or brushy area and conceal movement. These suits are used for various purposes including military, surveillance, police, and hunting. Bug protection suits are made of no-see-um mesh.
